Vacuum drying chambers for non-flammable solvents

When it comes to non-flammable solvents, BINDER supplies high-quality, innovative vacuum drying chambers, which can be used for effective yet gentle drying of the materials in question. Heat is transferred to the sample directly using heat conductor plates, with drying being homogeneous, quick, and free from condensation across the entire usable space.

Easy operation and outstanding process stability, combined with a unique safety concept, make BINDER vacuum drying chambers extremely safe. What's more, the drying chambers in the VDL series are explosion-proof and suitable for drying combustible solvents. The stainless-steel coating of the drying chamber interior is corrosion-resistant and makes the units incredibly robust, durable, and easy to clean.

Vacuum drying chambers for effective and gentle drying

BINDER vacuum drying chambers for non-flammable solvents enable effective, gentle drying without residue and without damaging the material being dried. The drying chambers operate within a temperature range of between 10 ℃ above ambient temperature to 220 ℃. The APT.line™ heating principle ensures homogeneous temperature distribution in the chamber interior. Safety is guaranteed by an extensive safety package that includes a shatterproof, spring-mounted safety glass panel. It is also possible to divert humidity away using inert gas that is guided into the vacuum drying chamber via the inert gas connection. The numerous adjustment options also make the vacuum drying chambers extremely easy to use.

If you are looking to dry samples evenly and gently on the basis of a reliable safety concept and with easy cleaning and handling, look no further than BINDER's vacuum drying chambers for non-flammable solvents.
