These industrial strength SW1H ultrasonic baths are designed for demanding applications. The baths are also ideal for cleaning delicate or fragile components which may otherwise be damaged by mechanical cleaning.

The baths are available from 1 to 30 litres capacity and feature eco and dynamic sonic modes. Eco offers quieter gentler ultrasonic activity whilst dynamic running provides vigorous cleaning. 

The touch pad wipe clean control panel with rotary dials for time and temperature, can be set between 30°C and 80°C in 5°C increments. The timer can be set to operate between 1-30 minutes or continuously up to 6 hours.

Clifton ultrasonic baths are constructed from high quality stainless steel for durability, with side lifting handles on models SW3H upwards for easy transportation.

Ultrasonic information

This range is designed for intermittent and 'permanent on' use. Do not allow items to touch the base of the tank, so an accessory basket is recommended. To achieve consistent heating, minimise evaporation and act as a dust cover, preventing contamination the bath should be covered with a lid.

Laboratory Applications

• For the cleaning of glassware and complicated instruments.
• Removal of chemical residues, coking and soot, baked residues of chemical reactions, microbiological residues. With these ultrasonic baths instruments will be clean without any residue.
• The degas function quickly de-gasses the liquid without accumulation of bubbles. Samples and HPLC solvents must be free of gas bubbles for analysis.
• For increased ultrasonic power, the "Boost" function allows an increase in ultrasonic performance. Permanent operation possible for tenacious contamination.
