This oven probe incorporates a crocodile clip that can easily be attached to an oven rack or similar. It is ideal for monitoring oven and grill temperatures. Supplied with a two-metre stainless steel braided lead. Response time two seconds. Probe temperature range -50 to 350 ℃.
