Stainless steel construction;
The exterior and interior chamber is made from stainless steel. The shelf runners are fixed in place where as the chrome wire grid shelves are removable. It is heated by Incoloy sheathed elements. These are located below the chamber floor for natural convection units and on mechanical convection units, they are fitted around the fan on the chamber back wall.
