Hanna Instruments HI-99151 is a pH and temperature meter designed for the brewing industry. The HI-99151 is specifically designed to measure pH from -2.00 to 16.00 pH and temperature from -5.0 to 105.0℃. All readings are automatically compensated for temperature variations when calibrating at one or two points with two sets of buffers. The LCD display shows battery percentage, stability and calibration instructions.

The HI-99151 is ideal for brewing operations e.g. mashing and wort separations, checking the fermentation p, measuring the pH of the cooled wort boil and checking the finished or conditioned beer. The HI-99151 is supplied with an FC2143 electrode. It has a titanium body, a flat pH sensor profile and an extendable cloth junction.
