Hanna Instruments HI-99165 is a pH and temperature meter designed for cheese analysis. The HI-99165 is supplied with an FC2423 probe which is specifically designed to measure the pH in cheese products. A crucial factor when producing consistent and quality cheese is monitoring the pH. Cheese producers have to monitor the pH levels from the initial measurements of incoming milk through to the final measurements of ripened cheese.

The internal temperature sensor in the FC2423 electrode automatically compensates pH readings. The FC2423 has a conical sensing tip for easy penetration into solids and emulsions. It has been designed to prevent clogging, ensure a fast response and a stable reading.
