Hanna Instruments HI-99164 is a pH and temperature meter designed for yoghurt analysis. The HI-99164 is supplied with an FC213D probe which is specifically designed to measure the pH in yoghurt products. A crucial factor when producing consistent and quality yoghurt is monitoring the pH. Yoghurt producers have to ensure the fermentation continues at the predetermined pH level so their yoghurt remains consistent in terms of flavour, texture and aroma.

Instruction manual
The HI-99164 has a split-level LCD display to show both pH and temperature readings, battery percentage, stability and calibration instructions. This meter has an automatic calibration at one or two points with two sets of buffers. The internal temperature sensor in the FC2133 electrode automatically compensates for temperature variations in all calibrations and measurements. The FC2133 has a conical sensing tip for easy penetration into semi-solids and emulsions. It has been designed to prevent clogging, ensure a fast response and a stable reading.

HORIBA's highly-sensitive, flat sensor technology opens up new possibilities for sampling and sample types. Only a small amount of sample is required, so you can easily sample in situ without the need for beakers or other labware.
Sensors are easily replaced as required.
Measure even smaller samples with the LAQUAtwin sampling sheet.
The sampling sheet allows trace volumes to be analysed. For example, you can even measure the pH of human skin by wiping with a sampling sheet soaked in pure water, and placing it on the sensor.
Using the HORIBA sampling sheet, volumes down to 0.05 ml can be tested (except for conductivity measurements).
Carry case comes as standard for handy portability.
The compact carry case contains everything you need for your measurements, including the standard solution and sampling sheets.
Easy-to-operate, robust pH/mV-meter with large LCD-display, for mobile routine measurement.
Meter in carry case with
pH-sensor SenTix™ 41
buffer solution STP 4 and STP 7
stand, beaker
short instruction manual
CD-ROM and batteries
Handy case sets for field applications
The ProfiLine handhelds are available as single instruments in a case without measurement accessories, but also as sets supporting individual application requirements.
Repeatable/Efficient - the instrument's auto stable feature will hold stable measurements on the display, resulting in precise, repeatable, and error-free measurements.
Convenient/Reliable - simple calibration with automatic buffer recognition.
Calibration is stored in memory and the electrode efficiency can be viewed at any time.
