The HI-93501 thermometer comes with an FC762PW stainless steel penetration probe. This replaceable style probe is designed for continuous contact with foodstuffs in accordance with regulations. Accurately spot-check temperatures with the HI-93501 to ensure your daily work routines are correct every time. This waterproof thermistor thermometer measures temperatures from -50.0 to 150.0℃. The HI-93501 includes batteries to provide you with 4500 hours of continuous use.
