The AllerFlow® Gluten Swab tests are a rapid and convenient test for the detection of gluten residue on surfaces as part of an allergen control program within food manufacturing environments. AllerFlow® Gluten kits consist of only two parts compared to other kits that contain several components.
 
The kit includes a sample collection device and a lateral flow cassette. The AllerFlow® Gluten sample collection device contains a pre-measured extraction buffer. This offers consistent results with minimal handling. The sample is then poured directly into the lateral cassette. Fill the cassette well and the results appear within 10 minutes.
 
The swab comes pre-moistened to enable reliable collection, ensuring accurate results. AllerFlow® Gluten Swabs also requires minimal training.
