Minebea-Intec Dyxim D is a dual beam X-ray inspection system that produces two X-ray images at a 90deg. angle. Producing this improves the abilities to detect contamination in plastic and glass containers, jars and bottles (in comparison to single beam solutions). The Dyxim D has multi-lane solutions for up to eight lines through one detector and with its outstanding detection performance, ensuring maximum line speeds. The powerful interface, such as Ethernet and USB, allow easy integration into data networks.

Minebea-Intec Dyxim FB series can simultaneously perform in-line quality checks, including counting components, measuring mass and identifying damaged or missing products. The Dyxim FB series inspects large products such as boxes and sacks up to a size of 700mm x 360mm containing dry or liquid food products. If you need to increase product size and material density, the Dyxim FB series' high energy systems are required to ensure a reliable detection of foreign bodies.
