Priorclave Compact Autoclaves feature a top-loading design introduced specifically for those laboratories with limited space yet wanting to perform high-quality steam sterilisation of taller than normal items such as fermentors and large capacity Erlenmeyer flasks.

The chamber can easily accommodate ten one-litre or sixteen 500ml bottles or alternatively six one-litre Erlenmeyer flasks, highlighting the high-density loading that can be achieved in a machine with an extremely small footprint.

Models in Compact range of top-loading autoclaves are extremely easy to install, simply plug directly into an appropriate electrical power socket.

As with all Priorclaves, the TACTROL®2 controller offers simple pushbutton controls providing easy programming of settings for process time and temperature.

Standard Features of all Priorclave Autoclaves

• All autoclaves incorporate the TACTROL control system, specially developed by Priorclave for laboratory autoclaves. From simple cycles to fully featured multi-program operation with printed records, this unique and powerful control system allows unrivalled flexibility and monitoring.
• Apart from the PowerDoor, all Priorclave autoclaves have the Quickseal single-action door fitted with thermal and pressure locks to prevent rapid opening at load temperature above 80℃ and pressures above 0.2bar.
• During the build programme an epoxy coating incorporating an antibacterial agent is applied to panels and frame. This is a highly effective and permanent treatment for control of harmful bacteria, making surfaces cleaner, more hygienic and providing durable lifelong protection against the threat of cross contamination.  The epoxy finish is proven to reduce bacterial growth by up to 99.99% and is highly effective against MRSA, E.coli, Listeria, Legionella, Campylobacter, Salmonella, and Pseudomonas and over 50 other species.

Priorclave Tactrol Programmable Controller

The entire range incorporates the very latest version of the highly successful Tactrol programmable controller, TACTROL®3. This new controller with its crystal clear user interface LCD display provides simpler and easier function setting. A quick-view menu shows all the functions that have been set on any select program.An Option available throughout the entire range is a facility to incorporate BEE LIVE, a system that brings Wi-Fi connectivity to all of Priorclave laboratory autoclaves and research sterilisers. It provides immediate connectivity to a variety of Wi-Fi enabled devices such as Smart phones, tablets, iPads and laptops, enabling lab staff to remotely monitor sterilising parameters.
