Priorclave Power Door autoclaves are noted for their reliability, affordability, and ease of use. Their power door rectangular autoclaves couple the superior engineering and craftsmanship found in our standard research autoclaves with larger chambers. These units are optimised for high-throughput and large volume applications in facilities with little room to spare.

Power door rectangular models can be configured for in-chamber on-demand heating, integral steam generator, or house steam. They include our programmable Tactrol control system√¢Äìcelebrated for its robust construction and highly flexible programming√¢Äìas standard. The result is a reliable rectangular autoclave that you can own, operate, and maintain at significant savings, when compared to same-size, same-function units. Popular with colleges and universities, large research facilities, testing labs, and industrial applications.
Rectangular chambered front-loading autoclaves with powered vertical sliding doors are often the best solution when floor space is at a premium but large-volume/high-throughput operation is a must. Each of Priorclave's front-loading autoclaves is entirely custom built to your specifications in their London factory. If you don't need a steam jacket or exhaust filtration, then your autoclave won't have it. If you do need enhanced cooling, monitoring, or another feature, it will be fitted. Far from being an extravagant luxury, a built-to-order autoclave is usually a money saver: Eliminating unneeded features doesn't just reduce the purchase price; it also results in a more reliable autoclave that costs much less to own, operate, and maintain.
Each Priorclave autoclave is built to order, please request a quote to discuss your requirements.
