The exterior is made from sheet steel finished in easy clean powder coated paint. The interior is constructed from mild steel coated with aluminium (CLAD). A stainless steel chamber is an available option. The shelf runners are fixed in place where as the chrome wire grid shelves are removable. It is heated by Incoloy sheathed elements. These are located below the chamber floor for natural convection units and on mechanical convection units, they are fitted around the fan on the chamber back wall.
