GlutenTox Sticks Plus for Reader contains the G12 anti-gliadin antibody that specifically recognises the 33-mer peptide, the gluten fraction that triggers celiac disease. Tests are quantified using Hygiena Cube Reader.

GlutenTox Sticks Plus for Reader is a practical tool for the control of gluten content in your food products.
GlutenTox Sticks Plus for Reader is an immunochromatographic (lateral flow) test for the quantification of gluten in foods with different composition and levels of processing, from raw materials to heat-processed food, beverages and other consumer products. It is based on the anti-gliadin G12 antibody, which specifically recognises the 33-mer peptide, the most immunogenic fraction of gluten*. This rapid test is useful in routine monitoring of gluten presence, to guarantee that products comply with a program of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and to ensure proper labelling. It also allows quick decisions and corrective actions in case there is any risk of contamination along the production chain.
