Gem Scientific to host ERAM meeting at The Planetarium at ThinkTank! Birmingham

Gem Scientific have planned a day under the stars for the Eastern Region Association of Microbiologists (ERAM) annual meeting; on November 28th, we'll be descending upon the Planetarium at Birmingham Science Museum for the day. “We're looking forward to introducing members of ERAM to Gem,” said Justin Welton, Managing Director of Gem Scientific, “By showcasing groundbreaking technologies and automation, we hope to help usher in the next wave of microbiology technology” he added. Guest speakers Matt Bricknell from 3M and Alex Woppenkamp from Tecnic B.V. will be discussing the latest advances in 3M's Petrifilm and Molecular Detection System and Tecnic's advances with microbiology automation technology. The morning session will close out with a star show in the planetarium before lunch and the general meeting in the afternoon.
